🛍️ 1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse through our collection, choose your favorite kurti or outfit, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you’re done shopping, proceed to Checkout and follow the on-screen steps to complete your purchase.

💳 2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders.
International customers can pay using secure online payment methods available at checkout.

📦 3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD across India at no extra charge.
Our courier partner will call you before delivery to confirm your availability.

🚚 4. What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is absolutely free across India!
For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

⏰ 5. When will I receive my order?

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 5–8 business days (coming soon)
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to follow your order.

🧾 6. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link through SMS or email.
You can use that link anytime to check the current status of your package.

🔁 7. What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

🧵 8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

🎁 9. Do you offer customized stitching or alterations?

Currently, we don’t provide custom stitching or size alterations.
However, our designs follow standard size charts — you can refer to the Size Guide on each product page for help.
