At Sanfas Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to absolutely love what you order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a No-Question-Asked 7-Day Return or Size Exchange Policy for all eligible domestic orders.
If you wish to return or exchange your item, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Only non-discounted items are eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return/refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will replace it or issue a full refund after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply instead.
