Return or Exchange Policy

At Sanfas Clothing, we want you to love every outfit you order from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with an easy return or exchange process.

1. Time-Frame

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please ensure you contact us within this period — requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. How to Request

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Address

Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll share the exact shipping address and steps.
All parcels should be sent to:

4. Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be intact.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Exchange or Value Difference

  • If the exchanged item has a higher value, the difference will need to be paid.

  • If the new item has a lower value, the balance amount will be refunded.

  • Once an item has been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
After verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

8. Non-Eligible Items

Please note that the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

9. International Orders

Currently, returns or exchanges for international orders are not accepted.
